- Restaurant and Live-Music Concept Seeking SoHo Space: Seeking 3,000–5,000 SF with a basement or lounge for live music or DJs. Raw space considered with a strong location. Intended for a restaurant/lounge, not a nightclub.
- Established Restaurant Seeking Second-Generation Space: Seeking 3,000–5,000 SF in Midtown East or farther downtown, including NoMad, Gramercy, and Flatiron, but north of SoHo. Midtown West considered as far west as Eighth Avenue.
- Successful Brooklyn Restaurant Seeking Second Location: Seeking an approximately 2,000 SF turnkey, second-generation restaurant with outdoor space.
