Tenant Needs and Wants: (as of April, 2024)
- Michelin Starred chef for a French Fusion restaurant. Under $20,000/month, less than 2,000 sqft, Soho, Tribeca, Village (not East Village), Flatiron, NoMad, maybe Chelsea. Second generation space needed.
- Restaurant space 3,000 sqft to 5,000 sqft, with a basement/lounge for live music or dj, not a nightclub. Raw space is fine as long as the location is great. Preferred area Soho.
- Second generation restaurant space. Minimum 3,000 sqft, max 5,000 sqft, Midtown East or below including Nomad, Gramercy, Flatiron and above Soho. Midtown West up to 8th ave.
- 2,000 sqft – 3,000 sqft second generation space. 28th Street to Tribeca, but also interested in Midtown. If near the UN that is a plus. High ceilings important.
- Looking for an upscale grab-and-go lunch and dinner location. Residential areas are preferred. Looking for areas near and around Union Square. 1,000-2,000 sqft.
- Nightclub space, min 3,000 sqft, or bigger, raw space could be an option if it’s a great location. Areas: Midtown East, West, or downtown. Not Tribeca or south.
Hotel Needs & Wants:
- In need of a Hotel between 100-150 Keys, anywhere below 96th Street in Manhattan. Tenant is willing to buy or lease the entire hotel.
